It is not boring to be a bureaucrat in these surroundings.

That we are occupied by surroundings and views when it comes to our homes is hardly anything new. Everyone enjoys having a delicious view when drinking the morning coffee, and many move on to live closer to both nature and green areas.

When it comes to work and office, people often do not have the same opportunity to choose location themselves, and there is no shortage of dull, gray and uniform office buildings around the world’s cities, often with foreign to nothing but the office building next to.

Lead of Urban Environment

But such is not the everyday life of the architects of this Madrid office, which according to the website Arch Daily built its new office in the middle of a beautiful park.

The works of Selgas Cano Architecture in Madrid were bored by boring urban surroundings, and therefore built their new office in a park on the outskirts of the world’s city, where views to forests and trees and nature should be a constant source of inspiration, according to the architects.

This house must be special

With its simple construction, the office has little impact on the surrounding landscape.

Parts of the office are located halfway hidden in the ground, while the rest is equipped with a large window running along the entire building.

It makes the view to the surroundings and the feeling that you are close to nature really going to be right.

Dense vegetation covers parts of the building and again contributes to the experience of being “swallowed up” by nature. According to the architects, this integration with the surrounding forest was essential when they began to plan and draw the building.

The minimum tubular structure, which is partially sunk into the ground, also meets many green requirements for insulation and heating.

The part of the underground building will naturally be isolated and contribute to lower energy consumption in the heating.

The window that runs along the entire front of the building also forms large parts of the roof, which enhances the effect of being in the middle of the woods.

The architects have panoramic views at all times to the changing and spectacular nature surrounding them.
